Speaking of Pep's Man City, he tried to built it the same way as he did with FC Barcelona, but he's not succeeded till date. Just like Barca, Man City also has playmakers, like David Villa, Bernado Silva ,De Bruyne and Gundogen. He also tried to make forward system to play the same way as Barca did, but Gabriel Jesus and Aguero would not fit according to these plans. As barca was emerged out of La Masia talent, Man City emerged out of Sheikhs Oil banks.And the departure of the Man City's leader Kompany has started destroying the squad periodically.Man City need a leader for sure to succeed in premier league again
